Children's painting at Augarten
A meanwhile popular tradition in the castle and in our stores is the children’s painting. Little artists make 1 1/2 hours, special gifts for Easter, Mother's Day or Christmas. Each child can even paint a piece of porcelain - the imagination knows no boundaries.
Under professional guidance young artists will become familiar with the technique of porcelain painting. Each child can choose from different objects.
The range includes for example small vases, jars and plates at a starting price of around € 20.00. For painting utilities, the burning and care for children, we charge a fee of € 12.00.
For accompanying adults, who want to pick up the brush we charge € 25.00. During the event parents and grandparents can visit the porcelain museum or enjoy culinary delights at the “décor”. One week later the finished art work can be picked up in the manufactory. Upon request, we send the pieces.
